Marcus Whitfield

Cameron Dicker leads career field-goal accuracy at 92.763% as of November 5, 2026. Compare the leaders and understand qualifying minimums.

Cameron Dicker leads Pro Football Reference’s NFL career field-goal accuracy leaderboard as of November 5, 2026. He has made 141 of 152 regular-season attempts—92.763%, ahead of Justin Tucker’s 89.103%. Dicker ranks first on Pro Football Reference’s career leaderboard, and his totals are confirmed by the NFL’s career statistics.

The qualification matters: this is a regular-season field-goal percentage record, not a ranking of extra-point accuracy, playoff kicking or overall greatness. Pro Football Reference labels its field-goal percentage leaderboard as covering records since 1938.

The following standings are current as of November 5, 2026. Percentages are shown to three decimal places because rounding can make different career rates look identical.

Field-goal percentage is simply field goals made divided by field goals attempted, multiplied by 100. Extra points are a separate statistic, and preseason and postseason attempts do not enter this table.

What is the qualifying minimum?

Pro Football Reference’s published requirements specify 100 career field-goal attempts, plus a 64-game minimum for career rate-stat leaderboards. Dicker satisfies both, with 152 attempts in 69 games. These thresholds distinguish a sustained career record from a brief, nearly perfect stint. (Leaderboard minimums; Dicker’s NFL totals)

How Dicker moved ahead of Justin Tucker

Tucker was still described by the Ravens as the most accurate kicker in NFL history when they released him in May 2025. His Baltimore regular-season record stood at 417 makes in 468 attempts, or 89.1% when rounded to one decimal place. (Ravens announcement)

Dicker reached his 100th career attempt against the Raiders on September 15, 2025. He made both field goals that night, finishing the game at 95-for-101, or 94.1%. NBC Sports recognized him as the all-time leader among kickers with at least 100 attempts; the Chargers later recognized the same milestone. (NFL game log; NBC Sports report; Chargers account)

His percentage has since fallen, but he remains first. Tucker’s much larger sample—468 attempts against Dicker’s 152—is an important part of the comparison. If the question instead requires at least 200 career attempts, Tucker is the highest-ranked qualifying kicker in the current table.

Accuracy is not the same as greatest kicker

Raw field-goal percentage measures results, not an identical set of challenges. It does not adjust for distance, weather, stadium or era. Dicker’s own career breakdown illustrates the distance issue: he is 32-for-32 from 20–29 yards, compared with 21-for-28 from 50–59 yards. Treating every attempt alike makes the record easy to calculate, but it is not a difficulty-adjusted comparison. (NFL distance breakdown)
